WHat is coaching?
Coaching is the process of collaborating with a client in a thought-provoking and creative manner, inspiring them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
I’m not an executive, can coaching help me?
Our struggles are not defined by our professional titles. Executive or not, we all face similar issues. Anyone wanting to improve their personal or professional performance and act in congruence with their higher self is a great fit for coaching.
How does coaching work?
Coaching is a process of guided discovery. A coach helps their clients develop deep personal awareness and discover the solutions that exist within. Through the posing of questions intended to inspire personal inquiry and self-reflection, coaches help clients expand their capacity to problem solve and reach their highest potential.
Does COACHING need to be in person?
A coaching session can be done in person or over the phone. All that is required is your undivided attention in order to make the most out of our time together.
How far apart are sessions?
Ideally, we schedule one session every two weeks. This gives you time to work on the goals you've/we've set during our sessions together.
WHy do i need more than 1 session?
Although you may experience substantial growth in just one session, a one-off appointment is rarely enough to enable continuous strides forward in your personal development. By signing up for my High-Performance Coaching packages you are making an investment and commitment to yourself for the long term. Athletes aren’t the only ones who could use a coach to help them continuously improve their performance. I can help you set and achieve your personal goals, no matter how they may look or feel to you.
What are some examples of the topics you speak about?
Topics may include professional or personal transitions, goal setting, career, dreams & daring greatly, overcoming obstacles, how to minimize the impact of setbacks, risk management, or emotional intelligence.
Many of my clients have requested I speak about my journey to the Olympics as a way to motivate and inspire their employees, and my story speaks to all the topics mentioned above. I am open to collaborating on a topic that would best suit your audience as well. Contact me if you have a topic in mind that I haven't mentioned.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you are open to trying coaching I am happy to offer one 30 minute session for free in order to determine if working together would be a good fit. It will take a relatively short amount of time for us both to decide if this is the case or not.
